I’m taking AXA through the financial ombudsman as they are a bunch of amateurs. To say they don’t have a clue is an understatement. Their UK system didn’t / couldn’t link with the Europe based one for my claim. Honestly, they are US. I had the policy through a Halifax Ultimate Reward account and was so livid, all my money has been moved fro Halifax and will not deal with AXA ever again. Lies, miscommunication, no after care.

I looked at Money Saving Expert website and went with LV. Paid for the premium policy to make sure we were covered for hurricanes and added baggage cover too.

Aviva do group cover. Our family not dissimilar from yours ages wise but only 5 of us.
Annual multi-trip worldwide cover cost us £145, discount for already being an Aviva customer.
One advantage is that we can all also do our things the rest of the year and don't need any separate insurance.

I use the Brit Guide as it tells you the amount if cover for each bit you need.I a assuming it still has it in.I don't have the copy to hand but I thought it was a good guide.

Any idea about holiday safe insurance? DH doesnt want to change to different current account hes a creature of habit lol. Going to get this sorted this evening after tea all being well, absolutely hate this bit, takes so much time with all the research and getting quotes by the time you put in all details for 6 of us lol but determined to be sorted this evening, thank you everyone for all your help. Absolutely love the dibb, people are so caring and helpful, again thanks just looked at axa coming out at 198 for annual silver whereas for single its over 400!

I’m sat here with my copy right next to me (just been having a read through it), so I’ve just checked and yes, it does list the amounts of cover you’d need.
