Air miles question
Can you buy a PE flight outbound and an economy inbound and can you use all your miles to upgrade the economy to upper class?
I presume the economy would have to be a certain code and is it better to ring the flying club to do this? |

Hi,
Assuming that you are talking about Virgin, yes you can travel in a different class for each journey. Re the economy to upper upgrade, in theory it is possible, but your economy would need to be a certain code (and therefore may not be cheap to begin with) and you would have to pay the tax difference. Best route is to call flying club and they will not only help you to do it, but also the cheapest way to do it. |

You would need to check for reward availability in your target class and if available should be able to upgrade for miles only plus balance of taxes.
The only cash tickets that can't be upgraded are Eco Light and PE K Class. |
