Yes as above, you have to prepay for the food by attaching a card to your account. I expect they would have a lot of uncollected orders if cash payment was allowed.

One more question. Is there options on paying to use QS credits and Snack credits if applicable?

It certainly knows what counts as a snack credit and a QS (including alcoholic drinks). However when I went the resort locations weren't using it and I very much doubt it's sophisticated enough to know about swapping your drink for a snack, so I assume if you want to do that you'd have to do it the old fashioned way.

Thx for reply. What i mean is say i order 3 QS meals plus let's say 4 snacks extra, would i get choice to use the 3 QS and 4 snack credits?
