Email saying not paid but have paid in full

Booked through Disneylandparis.com on Sunday and paid in full, got email confirming everything. Today received email confirming a modification, which turns out to be the payment saying to pay deposit by Friday and then balance later, and no payment has been made. I have checked bank acc and money has gone out. Has this happened to anyone else? Spent 45 mins on the phone only to be told to call back tomorrow as they were closing. I am panicking a bit here.

It takes about 48 hours for them to see the payment apparently and then a few days to send the updated confirmation.

Hope you get this sorted. We had a similar kind of thing with flights this year, only the other way around. We’d had confirmation of payment from the airline, but payment didn’t show up on our account until 5 days later. Definitely give it a couple of days, then chase them up if there’s still a problem.

i had the same, takes a few hours for the payment to resolve on their system. It will be fine im sure. Always nice to see that zero balance though

Basically CC agreed original payment then decided might be fraud so took money back says Disney. Ok phone CC payment gone through, no callback. Disney still saying def with bank so tooing and froing. Then finally got someone at CC who sends me through to fraud dept, so yes called it back because of fraud worry, ok do it again it will go through. Phoned Disney, yes all authorised here are the details. Oh dear will not go through, tried again and still will not go through. Got text saying confirm doing payment. Phone bank to double check it is them, yes, do payment again. Phone Disney, hurray finally gone through. Anyway, going to Disney😁😁
