Brilliant from ATD, wish I'd booked with them, as usual. Went with Orlando Attraction Tickets this time around who've just told me my Disney tickets aren't refundable... sickening.

Oh no, is there any way you can rebook something and use the tickets?

‘Provided tickets are NOT non-refundable or non-changeable’

Surely if they were refundable or changeable it wouldn’t be any issue.

Am I reading this totally wrong?

That's a disgrace. Interesting to see which companies are good to use in the light of all this. Orlando Attraction Tickets (who we have used) have a mark against them on this. Might be worth relaying the ATD story to them..

Speak with your travel insurer to see what they say. Your bank may help too.
