I am looking for Gatwick parking atm but all the purple parking ones I’ve seen on holiday extras state you need to leave keys with them. Which ones let you park yourself and take keys with you please? Never done parking at Gatwick before. We also need to stay the night so was looking at premier inn.

You can keep your keys at the official long stay and short stay car parks, not sure about the rest

We park at the long stay at the airport as we prefer to keep our keys (either north or south whichever is cheapest). We book hotel seperate, premier inn north terminal is most cost effective.

Thank you for the replies regarding official Gatwick long and short stay car parks. Who is best to book either of these with? Premier inn north is £54.50 and airport way £45.50 at the moment for our date. I think either of these is a good price and want to book but unsure of logistics with parking. Hotels both state it’s £10 to park at hotel for night of stay.

If it were me. I would just park wherever you are leaving the car for the holiday. So say you pick gatwick long stay. Book there from the hotel arrival time. Go to long stay car park on arrival. Get on bus to terminal. If possible do bag drop. Then get shuttle or walk to hotel. That will save moving the car on the morning of your flight.
Book the gatwick car parks through their official site... gatwickairport/mygatwick/ |

Fab thank you - we have just booked Premier Inn Airport Way for £33.50 and will keep an eye on parking as it’s £123 atm in short stay. Not sure if this is an ok price for 16 nights? We will park night before and do twilight check in with Ba and go to hotel from there. Thank you for the suggestion.
