We arrived domestic on Southwest. I’d suggest they make their way to the rideshare pick up (it’s signposted but somehow we took a wrong turn so asked someone ) then request the Lyft. We only waited minutes. The app shows you how many cars are in the area and then when you confirm the ride it will allocate a driver and show you a picture of the car, picture of the driver, the name of the driver and the registration plate. It will also tell you how long until your ride arrives.
