Tolls from highlands reserve to Tampa airport?

Hi!

Been here two weeks already and have managed to not go through any tolls so far, we shouldn’t need to in the next week, but wondering if there are any on the above route on the way back? We don’t want the sun pass to kick in, so if there are any, are they cash? Or is there an alternative route to avoid them?

If you travel via I4 there should be no tolls involved.

Should be fine if you stick to the Interstates - no tolls on them.

Thanks guys! I still wonder if Avis will try it on, but we have definitely not been through any and not likely to now the Tampa run is toll free.

We got a late credit card charge I assume for tollpass from Avis this year despite 100% only going through cash tolls. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of challenging it for the amount, even though I knew for certain I hadn’t incurred any.

To the OP, zero tolls on the way back to tampa airport. Down 27 and on I4. Shouldn’t come close to one.

I asked why Avis would try it on as the OP had not been and will not be going thro any tolls at all during their break.
In your case, which is totally different, then , yes, they were at it.

We landed at tampa yesterday and drove up the i4 and no tolls at all. Very easy drive with hardly any traffic which was a miracle considering how bad the i4 can be!
