I don’t want to get into a political debate or gender debate but I was in the MK a week or so ago. There were clearly trans men CM. I don’t have any opinion on it. They weren’t too far along their journey and may have been confusing for children. Make your own mind up

In the past 20 + years we must have stayed on site at least 30 times. We have DVC so go a lot.
TBH I can't say anything is worse.
Every CM spoke to us on our last trip, every CM helpful and polite.
Prices didn't even seem too bad especially at QS places but thats maybe more to our prices at home having increased so much.
We still go, have a great time though we do the parks less and less and just enjoy the resorts.

Maybe we have been lucky, but I can't say that I have seen a decline in cast member attitudes/service, although I guess we have only visited since 2016 so maybe it was much better before that. We have met at least a couple of rude cast members every trip.

I do however think cast members don't have the freedom to help guests that they used to, more rules about what they can and can't do.

We've never really had much in the way of magical moments, I think it comes from being an introvert, I spend my life trying not to be noticed I did have a free cupcake one night at Hollywood Studios, think they felt sorry for me sitting on my own while the family rode Star Tours for the 5th time in a row while I sat at Backlot

We have noticed the upkeep of the parks / tidiness slipped a bit after covid, but I think that was a staffing issue, as last year we thought it was much better. Agree Disney need to bring back the extras, so much has been taken away and the prices keep going up

Guests on the other hand do seem more entitled and angry, maybe it's just me but I think the whole world is more impatient. I work in healthcare and you don't get many friendly customers they seem to live by the rule "shout the loudest and you will get what you want"

I think the toilets are not as clean. Think a clean bog says a lot.

I’ve been 13 times now. Not much difference between now and 10 years ago. (Some perks have been taken away) but I encounter rude or disinterested CM’s years ago. Luck of the draw I’m afraid

Last month in the Main St Bakery in Magic Kingdom there was a big fella dressed in the old fashioned womens dresses they wear in that shop.

We heard a wee girl asking loudly why they made the daddies dress like mummies in the cake shop. The wee girls mum didn't know where to look 😂

We came back yesterday and could not complain about the all star sports resort. We had housekeeping every other day and 6 bed changes in our 14 day stay. We never waited long for a bus and the food court was quick with tasty food, but not much variety. The only issue we had was in the parks. Pirates, the people mover and buzz were all down on various days. In HS guardians went down the day we had a virtual queue booked and rise went down when we had booked a lighting lane... we did get refunded but still very disappointing. I know rides go tech but I don't feel they are being maintained we heard cast membersnon the radio saying the escalator up to the people mover was broken for the 4th time that day. Its a lot to pay for a reduced experience. However I can't fault the resort.

It will still be fantastic. We visited in April and just recently decided to return for another three weeks there at the end of June! We still love Disney, but I feel the level of service and the overall experience before the recent changes was exceptional. It's frustrating to see prices rising while the quality of experiences diminishes because people notice the difference. To put it another way, your experience compared to your expectations used to exceed 100%, but now it might be around 90-100%. I hope you have a wonderful time.

Didn´t Disney send coaches, free, to the airport to pick up folks staying in their resorts?
When this ended, proper OTT customer service ended.
