Rental cars.com will not honour my booking. They won’t accept the 25% off, they want the full rental price. So needles to say- I’m still looking for car hire!

one thing I noticed is that it mentions 'you'll pay in USD as thats your local currency'. BOoking through the normal site doesnt mention this. Is this a US code/link it takes you through? Just a bit nervous that it might be looking for you to be a US resident...?
