You are comparing two different things; free dining and purchased dining plans.

A purchased QSDP is as you described, 2QS, 1 snack per day plus a mug. The purchased QSDP is the same this year and will be same next year.

The free dining offer for 2025 holidays was 1QS credit at value hotels. That is also going to be the same next year.

I will correct this now, in 2026 with the free dining plans for kids offer, which can even be applied to DVC, the dining plan now has some value.

This is taken from Disney Holidays UK website:

"Enjoy unparalleled service and cuisine, with a touch of Disney magic. Served by our friendly waiting staff, your Table-Service meal includes one main course, one dessert (at brunch, lunch and dinner only) and one drink."

The dessert on the full DDP is still included.

No it doesn’t. It only says quick service is main course and drink, no mention for table service meals.
