Has anyone bought the Canon EOS R5 Mirrorless Camera

If so Lucky You What do you think about it?
It looks phenominal DH has pre-ordered one but no idea how long he'll have to wait to get his hands on it lol.

It’s very nice.

I have a G9. I’d like the new Sony A7Siii but at £3k for body only I’ll stick with my G9 as I have some good lenses for it and it’s great at video.

The R5 is great though, better than G9 I’d say.

Got my eye on the R6 but it's a big step for me to go mirrorless 😕
My OH has just switched to Sony (a7 iii) from Canon dslr and I've been pretty impressed with the results but the range of lenses doesn't suit me (or my pocket)

looks amazing but from the reviews aren't there some "videoing' limitations to do with overheating
