Warner Brothers Studio Tour - today

We had our first visit here today - wow what a great place! I really enjoyed it.

We travelled from Wales on Sunday and stayed overnight ready for the tour this morning. We were lucky as they were doing the eat out offer so food/drinks were cheap! Masks had to be worn on all photo opportunities except for under twelves. We didn’t buy the photos for that reason.

Little social distancing as people walked around, but everyone wore masks and the staff cleaned all the time. Loads of hand sanitiser too.

If anyone has any questions - feel free to ask.

I was just looking at this. We haven’t been since the year it opened. I’m trying to convince myself that we’ll still enjoy it even though we won’t take any photos of ourselves (I don’t want to ever be reminded that masks were a thing) but I’ve heard that quite a bit of it is shut. Did you find that to be the case?

I haven’t been before so not sure if they usually do more. The main areas were all open - things have been moderated so for example no robes on the green screen quidditch and the wand school was slow as it was 1 at a time. But we really enjoyed.

We went on Thursday just gone and it’s the 2nd time I’ve been. Can honestly say it was still brilliant! A couple of adjustments (can’t go in Privet Drive or onto the Hogwarts Express) but nothing that ruined the experience for us at all.
