Virgin flights seat refund?

Hi guys, I’m sorry if this has been asked and answered before, but there’s so many Virgin refund threads to go through!

I put in for a refund of our flights and seats for our April or rescheduled September flights, I have just had confirmation that the flights are being refunded within the next 14 days, but no mention of the extra legroom seats cost?

I booked the seats a few weeks after I booked the flights.

Did anyone else get theirs automatically after their flight refund, or do I now need to put in for another refund, I did tell them at the time of cancellation that there was a separate payment for seats to be refunded.

Any help appreciated

I have had them for one booking but not another, so I am chasing this currently, but it's not easy as you cant speak to anyone!

Oh how annoying, so are they still only responding to WhatsApp messages? I would have thought they would have sorted themselves out by now!

We booked seats in the bubble for our flight on Dec 11th 2020 (not cancelled as yet) , as the 747 has been retired we where wondering what would happen to the payment upgrade , we recently received a refund for them without requesting it .

OP. I deal with my refund requests via E Mail to VA.

Funny enough I have had 3 E Mail confirmations overnight saying that refunds for 3 different flights will be in my account by next week.
