Colette so pleased that you have managed to get away, I know it will be a highly emotional time for you all but it will do you all good to get away and have some sunshine in your life, I hope you all have the best time possible x

Thanks Linda. Bit of a wobbly few days but we are settling now. My daughter was 18 on Wednesday so that was a bittersweet day! X

Gosh your kids are no longer kids, they are grown ups now 😱
So much has happened in the last couple of years you need time to breathe, relax, enjoy your memories but most of all take time to enjoy being around each other and share laughter to make more good memories, what better place to do it than where you are right now x

As an complete aside. If you are able to get out for a meal (I don't know what the restrictions are out there at the moment) I don't suppose you could have a steak on a stone for me could you? Have been dreaming about those since we came back from Tavira last year, or some fresh peri-peri chicken? I am not really a meat eater (prefer fish) but mmm mmm.
Thank you! I could sit for hours watching the sea - it is very calming and therapeutic
Yes most restaurants are open and relatively quiet for this time of year. Restrictions in place but they are handling it very well
We are on Vale do Lobo so have only eaten here so far but we are going to Tavira, Vilamoura and Luz so I will certainly look for the steak on a stone 😀

Hi Colette,

I’m so sorry for your loss, I had no idea.

I hope you manage to find some calm and have some peaceful moments, the view is beautiful.

Sending love and light.
