Addin another driver after completing skip the counter?

I have completed all documents to go straight to garage to pick up the car we have booked. I only booked for my husband to drive this time but am considering adding me as an additional driver. It was a bit of hassle getting the skip the counter to work (Thanks catsandtrees) so I am reluctant to go back to the start with the booking.

Has anyone successfully done this or would I have to speak to someone at the desk there? - which alleviates the benefit of going straight to garage.

I should just have added me when I initially booked! Duh!

We've done it at the barrier when leaving, simply handed over the additional drivers licence with the other documents, payment etc.

I didn't pay any extra as the original deal was for an additional 2 drivers.
