I personally did on this cruise, not needed on previous ones! I started to take one table every 12 hours from day 2 for the remainder of the cruise. Tablets kept nausea at bay, I used the ones from the ships first aid room. I saw a lot of crew and cruisers wearing bands!

Thanks Mel. I'm debating ordering patches as I've seen them on a few perscription sites at a reasonable price. I usually wear bands but on my Med cruise last month I had really bad swelling of my hands from them after a day and was in agony.

Ha good question

Have BOOKED Fantasy September 7 Night Western AND the WBTA for 2017 and can't do both as they are the same dates ... also looking at changing the Fantasy to a 2017 EBTA ( never done one yet ) and going on MSC Divina 7 night Caribbean Cruise in a couple of weeks times so hopefully we enjoy MSC for another option lol HELP!
