Talking Where can I buy larger size clothes?

Does anyone know where I can look for larger size clothes? I know it's subjective depending on the type of clothes I'm looking for

I have a few pairs of shorts but hardly any tops.I'm looking for casual T-shirts or sleeveless shirt type tops, and a swimming cossie. I know there are quite dressy/formal larger ladies clothes(flowery blouses etc.) but I'm looking for more 'modern' and casual clothes

Any advice please... ?

do you mean in the UK, or in Orlando?

In Orlando there are loads of places, in the UK, it's much harder!

I quite like Dash, and they do larger sizes now, I get mine in Fenwicks which is a department store in Newcastle - I don't know where else they have it, but I would have thought a few places.

I assume you know Evans, and Ann Harvey? I can't really think of too many others.

I quite like Lands End which is an american company with a UK division. There regular range goes quite big, but they also have a Plus size range. Lands End

and I noticed M&S have a new plus size range too, some of which was actually quite nice!

Of course, you probably mean Orlando shops, in which case the best one is called Lane Bryant, but there are plenty of others.

LOL

I've reread your post, and decided you definitely mean in Orlando.

If you go to the Florida Mall then you can get LOTS of larger sized clothes. All the department stores have them, plus Lane Bryant which is my favorite. Eddie Bauer is another favorite of mine Eddie Bauer

Lane Bryant was always my favourite too Kaz, they manage to have some quite modern stuff rather than frumpy clothes like some! Some of the bigger shops like JC Penneys stock larger sizes and have some real bargains too!

Bev and Mandy,

Thanks for your help Bev it's my fault I didn't say Orlando, although thats what I meant

Anne Harvey and those style of clothes aren't me.The clothes I like are more like the East Coast range in Evans (in case you've ever been in there!)

I did like the look of Lane Bryant who I've never heard of and will look for that in the Florida Mall, thanks again

Kazzie,

I'm not really an Anne Harvey type either, unless I have a wedding to go to. If you are after casual stuff, like the East Coast range, then you will find plenty in the Florida Mall.

take a look at the department stores- they all have large ranges of clothes, I think they are called something like 'Women' rather than larger ladies.

You can see all the shops in the Mall here The Florida Mall

I;ve just discovered this too
Passport to Savings Program
We welcome our Florida guests with an exclusive Passport to Savings just for international visitors. It entitles you to an extra 11% off most merchandise throughout the store. Just show it to the sales associate every time you make a purchase and you’ll receive an extra 11% off the regular, sale or clearance price. There’s never been a better way to enjoy so much of Florida.
I jsut found that on the Burdines website - so I think I will be paying them a visit
