Rugby Boots?
I know its not such a big sport over there, but does anyone know if and where you can buy rugby boots in Florida - we are not based in Orlando but in AMI?
Thanks |

no they are nothing like rugby boots.
I'm afraid although they do play rugby in USA brands such as Kooga etc are few and far between your best best would be non blade football (soccer) boots..which will have one less row of studs at the rear and the studs can be changed for longer rugby ones when you get home..personally I would get them in this country..they are cheaper enough at sports direct etc. |

Thanks for help and ideas
Unfortunately Sports Direct don't sell the calibre of boots my son wears - just thought I might be able to save some money if they sold them in Florida - never mind |

hi, lovell rugby and rugbystore and PSLteamsports for me and my 8 y/o DS for our rugby boots, protection, game/training/leisure wear.
I've never seen any rugby equipment in all my years of florida. We've bought lots of under armour etc but nothing else has been available. I've often been tempted to but my DS some of the NFL padded under armour but you're not allowed to wear it in a rugby game if it's not IRB approved (i'm a boring youth rugby referee and it's become a big thing to check for!) |

This year he wants something like Adidas Adizero RS7 Pro XTR SGs or the Predator Incurza XT SGs
He pays for them himself from his paper round and plays a lot of rugby so he likes a decent boot - but our problem is size he is an adult size 13-14 which are really difficult to get over here - especially somewhere where you can actually try them on. Never mind though - he'll have to keep saving. Thanks a lot for your input |

I don't recall seeing Rugby boots here but that doesn't mean they don't have any. Maybe contact a Rugby club here and ask them where they get their boots?
