Loved reading this pre trip report! I will have to try and remember to do one! We go next July and are staying at POFQ so very interested in what you think of it there! We will def be eating at Cheesecake Factory- we love it there! And we are not decided which water park to go to? ( only have time to visit one) so will be reading your blog to see whic one you prefer!
