What time to get to the port?

So I am a complete newbie to cruising.

We are doing a 3 night bahamas cruise with RCL going from Port Canaveral.

Any advice on what time to get to the port? How do we know what time we will be boarding the ship?

Any other advice much appreciated as have not got a clue what Im doing.

Have a look on your cruise planner, it might tell you on there. If not, if you arrive anytime up to at least a couple of hours before you sail you will be ok.
