ADRs: when to be online?

Hiya, we're going to be booking our ADRs next week on Thursday and we were wondering when it's best to be online?

The woman we spoke to from Disney a couple of days ago said we could book from midday, but is that just for phoning up? Can you book earlier online?

Hi, you're right, you can make ADRs from 11am online and it's midday by phone.

I'll be waiting at 11am next Thursday as well, just hope I manage to get what we want.

11am on the dot, and from experience make sure that if you want an ADR for a popular restaurant E.G Be Our Guest, make that one first before the others

I was able to do mine from 10am today. All done by 10:10 😁

Surely if waiting until 11 then all the main places will have gone. I stuck in some dummy reservations in at half 10 this morning and nearly everything had gone.

It will be back to 11am next week as the clocks in the US change at the weekend so we'll be back to 5 hour time difference. It's only 10am this week

I did mine at 10am this week but then re-did some the following day. The options will generally not be closed within 24 hours so I would say it is not imperative to be there at the very first possible second. I have just looked again and loads of openings for my approximate windows at preferred restaurants.

To be fair I've just been on again and there appears to be quite a bit of availability again although tried to switch my Fantasmic package at H&V to a later sitting from 5pm but they've definitely all gone.

I have moved a couple more reservations around to slightly better times and picked a couple of new ones too. Fantasmic wasn't on the radar, I don't even know what it is we are two adults no kids so focusing more on the dining than the shows. Fantastic still available most days of our trip but usually 4.25pm, the drop down time selection doesn't go past 5pm, perhaps they don't seat anyone after then?
