Such a shame the buffets have nearly all gone, my family love them. Ds and dh love to try new food and dd likes odd combinations so would always eat more at a buffet than elsewhere (she used to be a poor eater), remember when you had a choice of about 6 different restaurants.

Awww. Obviously an age thing - he was seven!

Thanks hope you have a lovely trip!
Choice on menu had not changed at all. Buffet had reduced massively. We did Golden Coral for breakfast and dinner yesterday and it was good. Am still in shock at the prices though so different to 4 years ago. I know the exchange rate has a lot to do with it but even so for 5 of us its eating into our spending money.

Ahh doesn't bode well for us then of everything is much more expensive! We are a family of 7 with a limited budget. Still we have our park tickets so I'm sure we'll have a good time still!

Hope your having fun!

Having said that though, the last time I visited Ponderosa for breakfast the only thing I ate was jelly, cookies and a fairy cake...because the rest of the food was disgusting! I prefer Golden Corral, but that's sometimes no better with food quality or cleanliness.
