Do they sell Disneyland California ones at the Pandora in Springs?

I'm after the big Paradise Pier wheel one, I can always order it from disneystore if it's not freely available in the parks

I don't think they do, I think you can only get those actually in California. That was certainly the case in November last year, although I'll be interested to see if anyone can come up with more up-to-date information.

If it's a park exclusive then you can only get them when in that park only. So if it's a Disney land California exclusive you will need to take a trip to the west coast...

Just been informed that my DD saw it in Disney Springs the other day.. can confirm later as heading back that way today.

I'm sure i've seen them on the disney store (American one mind), there's a section for Disney charms and the big Ferris wheel was there. It may be that it's not park exclusive?

I'll double check when I get a moment as I may just be going mad

They are definitely available in the Pandora shop at Disney Springs. I'm currently looking at them...
