Alamo skip the counter

I booked our holiday as a package with Travel City Direct including car hire with Alamo. Does anybody know if i can do skip the counter with this kind of booking? And the easiest way to do this?

I wanted to skip the counter too and I have a free additional driver, how do you complete skip the counter as I didn't see where I could add another driver onto the booking?

Yes you can..we have a TCD flydrive and I did my online check in and skip the counter yesterday..I messaged TCD on Facebook to get a reference number to put in on Alamo's site.
