Glad you had a good time MrTM only 18+ months till A350 starts replacing the old ladies,so no upstairs at all and UC will be great as will be all new suite that is in dreamliner and retro fitting to A330.
PE will be as dreamliner and A330 no real best or worst seat in PE.

Sounds fab, you certainly made the most of the fps!
We are staying at ssr in August, what do you think the odds are of getting a 2 bed dedicated in grandstand with a close by studio? We are staying at universal for a week first so plan to get to ssr for 10ish (it'll be a Saturday tho)- we thought it'd be good to get there early x

Shame about the broken seat but a free return flight is good 😊😊.

We don't mind up or down in PE but 19 A and C are good seats especially for a quick exit.

thank for that story. how did you manage to get so many FP in one day.. I take it you used the 3 up and then saw what was left and picked ?

I dont know about availablity sorry. However getting there early hugely increases your chances. I suspect you will be fine but be prepared for the studio to be in the same area but maybe a different block. Thats what happened to us in 2015 when our Daughter and her family arrived the day after us.

Spot on. However my Son was with us and he is faster on the iPhone than me! Plus he has more tenacity and just keeps perservering till he gets what he wants!

Be careful putting your cases in the host cupboard in PE upstairs, my DD freaked because she saw a woman take her case when we landed. It did look identical but come on who doesn't check

I prefer PE downstairs now having done it last time.
