Wheat Free Food
Hi Everyone,
I have a wheat intolerance not a gluten intolerance, although there is a bit of an overlap I just wondered if much of the bread and pizza bases etc are also wheat free? I know that in the UK some breads, cakes etc are GF but not WF.. just wondered if that was the same for the states? When I was in Illinois in the summer i didn't come across many GF products that I could eat so I just wondered it Florida was an exception? Also, is the general concensus to ring in advance for any specific requirements? People never seem to know the difference between GF and WF for some reason and i usually end up taking the risk with GF products. Thanks in advance! |
