alamo self service Kiosk Sanford

Hi all i have hired a car through Virgin. Can i still use the self service kiosk or is that for people who have booked through Alamo direct?

Hi. Anybody can use a self service kiosk.
However if you do online check in then there is no need to go to the kiosk at all. You are good to head out to the Alamo lot and they will point out the category row you have booked. At Sanford you pick from that row.

Its slightly different at Sanford... You have to go to either the kiosk or the counter. You can't go straight to the parking lot like you can at Orlando Int.

No problem with you using the kiosk though.

Thanks lads as long as kiosk isn't,t to complicated for an old git I'll use that and avoid the counter.

Its been a long time since I've been to Sanford as well and I think the last time I was there I used Dollar (when their service was decent)... The Alamo website doesn't highlight it as a 'Skip the counter' location. Just an Online Check in and Self Service Kiosk.

Just checked my car voucher and it's a virgin car hire voucher not an Alamo one so it hasn't got the 16 digit code. Just says please supply car with a 6 digit code.

The Alamo code is 9 or 10 digits long. Majority of recent bookings starting with 123

OP. With Virgin they have their own dedicated online check in process. It's contained in the E Mail confirmation you get from them. If you are stuck I will dig out mine and post it.
