Mobile Disney transport late night

We have just booked POFQ for October 2018 with upgraded dining plan. We have to use the Disney buses as we don't drive and found them really good on our previous visit.
However MK closes early quite a few nights due to MNSSHP and the other parks are closed by 9pm some evenings. We don't mind this as we plan to go to DS those evenings and eat using some of our TS credits and stroll around the area. However will we be able to get a bus or boat back to POFQ from DS late after parks have closed?
Also, if we go to another resort hotel in the evening to eat and want to return to POFQ can we do this? Possibly by bus from resort (e.g. Grand Floridian) to DS then bus/boat to POFQ?

parks may close but ppl at mmnsshp need to get home later, or may go ds later for a drinkie or 2

You might need to transfer at Disney springs but you would always be able to get back to your hotel.

And MNSSHp won't affect the buses as they will be running for party guests.

Hadn't considered the buses from MK for the mmnsshp people 😀.

Plus I see now that buses from DS until 2am, pretty sure we won't be that late. Uber app will be on for emergencies too as we are going to use them for getting to a mall one day. Its just good to know all the options. Thanks again
