Been trying to pop on and have a read when i can but have been busy, last week i put on 2lb but this week thankfully i lost 3 🙌 My oh has started a low carb diet so ive managed 3 sp days this week (i was also trying to rectify the damage i did on the weekend). Going to try for afew more sp days this week and hopefully stop yo yoing up and down, our group is all over the place at the mo and has been for awhile as our consultant left and since we keep having different consultants. Its a shame as sometimes i feel like i could do with the support of a group but then i find coming on here so supportive so thanks everyone. 🤞🏻 Im going to keep loosing 😁

Well done on this weeks weight loss... let me know how the SP days go , I like my carbs too much to try them usually but I think one of two days a week on SP might boost my weight loss... my group was like that at one point but our consultant now is fantastic xx

Hunters chicken tonight one syn for the BBQ sauce , cheese was my healthy A and paprika wedges and salad with dressing for half a syn.
I'm off work again for a few days now so hoping to get out and about walking this weekend weather permitting.

Thankyou 😊Tea looks good, love hunters chicken. Tea tonight was chilli over chips with cheese on top and was so good. Yes will let you know with regards to sp days, we've bought this spiraliser machine which is great and been using it on carrots and courgettes. Hoping to make my own butternut squash chips, last time i did this they tasted different to the bought ones so hoping they'll turn out ok x
