I have three bottles of proscecco in the house all unopened as I'm the only one who drinks them but there's too many calories in a bottle to drink it myself

I'm determined to keep losing weight before the holiday so stick to the calorie limit the pt sets. Prefer to eat and a bottle of wine is 500-600 calories. Yeah my kids have their last exam on Wednesday then work stress drops and ill no doubt go hyper then haha.

A little treat on Wednesday will do you good. A reward for all your hard work. My son has his first GCSE tomorrow so stress levels here rising (mine not his!)

Yeah I'm in the gym on Wednesday so will probably have something small after that. I'm sure I'm more stressed than most of the kids it's rediculous. Good luck to your son (and you!).
