Have you tried lemonade - the fizzy stuff (pop). My mum in law used to swear by it and last year I had the need to try it. I had to take small drinks about every hour but they did the trick and stopped me feeling sick.

Good luck,

Hope you are feeling better soon. Not a nice end to your holiday. We always have flat coke for sickness as it seems to settle the stomach.

I had this in November at AKL

It lasted about 24 hours with my tummy a bit delicate for another 48 hours

I just drank water and flat coke and sweated it out.

Ah no. I agree with the sprite /lemonade thing. Hopefully you'll be much better after a bit of a rest

I've got some soda, just sipping it gently. Thanks for the good wishes

Hope you feel better soon .

Dramamine (Wal-dram is their own brand) is a pretty popular nausea remedy on the sunny side of the pond. Can make you a bit drowsy though.
