VS 71
UC - 6 seats unoccupied PE - Upper Deck 1 seat unoccupied with 20 HK blocked PE - Lower Deck 8 seats unoccupied with row 14 blocked EC - Upper Deck Full with 4 seats blocked EC - Lower Deck about 60% unoccupied/blocked At this date/time VS still selling nealry all fare buckets so this indicates a quiet flight in EC but as always subject to change VS 72 UC - 6 seats unoccupied PE - Upper Deck 1 seat unoccupied with 20 HK blocked PE - Lower Deck 8 seats unoccupied with row 14 blocked EC - Upper Deck Full with 11 seats blocked EC - Lower Deck only 74 seats occupied with 60 blocked VS selling all fare cbuckets so again a quiet flight so far but again subject to change. Hope that helps. |

Hi Stanleycamel, with you vast knowledge or insight into flights, you must know the best times to book for certain airlines?

Hello Admiral Joe - no problem nice to do a different airline for a change.
B6 113 Flight is Wide Open Rows 1-5 plus row 10 and 23 are "extra leg room seats" for reference It depends on what fare you have with Jet Blue - they do have the equivalent of BA/VS HBO fares with no checked baggage, no free seat selection and last boarding as well as other similar fares with less restrictions. Sounds a great holiday. Hope that helps. |

As everyones requirements are different it is difficult to give a definite answer but in general I find common routes (for the Dibb such as MCO/TPA/MIA) do tend to be very high on first release. Yes there are high demand times like school holidays which are obvious but some which are not (for example CES in Las Vegas in January where next year BA are changing one service to an A380 from a 747 to accomodate demand).
Fares can and do change on a regular basis with sales, special offers, promos. Fare buckets/structures are complcated things as is availability and again can change in moments - it is an unusual sitation to get your head around. Sorry I can't give a more detailed answer but it is one of the ultimate "piece of string or crystal ball" questions Edited:- I am sure our contributors Peko, thatdavieguy, aldojani and fredflinstone would agree. VS 75 UC - 4 seats unoccupied PE - Upper Deck 3 seats unoccupied with 20 HK blocked PE - Lower Deck 17 seats unoccupied with row 14 blocked EC - Upper Deck Full with 10 seats blocked EC - Lower Deck 50% unoccupied/blocked At this date/time VS selling 4 UC and all remaining fare buckets in PE/EC so those cabins may be quiet but again subject to change as always. VS 76 UC - 3 seats unoccupied PE - Upper Deck Full with 20 HK blocked PE - Lower Deck Full with row 14 blocked EC - Upper Deck Full with 11 seats blocked EC - Lower Deck 45 seats unoccupied with 51 blocked AT this date/time VS selling 2 UC, only 1 PE and only the top 2 EC fare buckets so expect this flight to be busy but at this stage not yet full. Suggest earliest OLCI when it opens. Hope that helps. |
