Slogan T Shirts important question/concerns

Can I please ask...

Every year I have always worn funny T shirts on holiday and never had any complaints from anybody on resort, but have always had humorous comments from staff etc and responses such as a laugh.

I have never worn anything offensive, as feel it is inappropriate to go too far, as many things could offend people, so tend to use a bit of common sense when in parks.

Are there any rules/signs that I may have walked past and not noticed in the parks, as I would like peoples advice on what you can and cannot get away with?

I was looking at shirts like ''ten reasons I cannot be ##### , 1... ''

and many others similar to this.

Would shirts like this be considered as offensive, or do you think moderate humour would be accepted?

I know it's a very hard question to answer, as it's a bit like asking ''how long is a piece of string'' but just wanted to know if there are rules against mild humour in parks and could someone ask you to take it off?

Thanks for reading and look forward to your views...

Disney's dress code prohibits offensive slogans on clothing - a good rule of thumb would be 'would the Dibbs filter hash the word out?' If so it's probably not suitable.

People who are offended by or take offense to words (or pictures/cartoons), that are meant to be funny or humorous are way too intolerant and easy to offend and possibly take themselves too seriously. (je suis Charlie)
Now, that's just my opinion and guns are legal over there!
Personally I use the mother rule, if I couldn't explain why I was displaying a particular 'slogan' to her! I would think twice about buying or wearing it.

take a look here

I know the FC UK t-shirts can cause a problem, so anything with a clear swear word on it will be an issue.

As Bev says, I have seen the FC -UK T shirt wearers told to turn them inside out or go buy a T shirt from a park store. Equally anything advocating use of drugs (cannabis symbols etc) are not allowed.

In order to answer your question, the word that was blanked out was another word for your backside and many use this saying every day...

For example ''I really can't be bothered today, I can't be (blank)

I think most of you will guess this.

Is this suitable?

Personally I thought it was quite funny saying ''ten reasons I can't be (blank)''

and then a number 1, with nothing else written on shirt.

I'd laugh at that and probably say hello too
