Standby queue times will, yes.

Overall wait times when averaging both those using the standby entrance and the fastpass entrance should remain the same. So those using fastpass will get on quicker whilst those using the regular queue will have to wait a bit longer.

I wouldnt expect to see any fast pass lines for at least another 6 months.
We did it twice. Wasnt really a fan the first time so gave it another try and still wasnt keen. I actually prefer StarTours, especially some of the new videos.
I found the Galaxy Edge land amazing and could spend hours in it.
