World Showcase

I know you can get up to Norway & France on the world showcase before the official opening time of 11am.
I know the attractions and shops will be closed on the pavilions leading up to Norway & France but are you able to wander and have a look around or are they roped off?

They are roped off. There is a rope between Norway and China (with a CM standing there) and I expect there is probably a similar rope at France. You can't get into the rest of World Showcase until 11am...

Can you get in via International Gateway and head for Future World, or is Intl' Gateway closed until 11am too?

International gateway opens when Epcot opens. I believe that you can walk through Mexico and Norway, and France UK and Canada, with certain parts of these countries (eg frozen ride and Les Halles) open when Epcot opens.

So you can definitely get in through international gateway and walk through UK and Canada to get to future world.
