It's gorgeous! It is usually the most expensive of the three so you got a bargain there.

Catch the Musica della Notte show in the evening - it's lovely to sit outside with a drink and listen to the music. The performers sing from a balcony. It lasts about 20 minutes.

We decided to pop back to our room for a snooze, and then had pizza from Sal's Deli for lunch. It was so peaceful sitting outside eating pizza, watching the boats bob on the lagoon. You would never know you were near a theme park.

We didn't eat at Mamma Della's because the kitchen had a problem and they were serving people in the Trattoria instead. That looked too noisy for us so we didn't bother. However, I have heard good things about Mamma Della's - good hearty Italian food, and they have singers who go round the tables and take requests.

Love Portofino, it’s very relaxed and great to spend some time away from the parks...
Club level is also good. Cooked breakfast and continental every morning. A decent meal offering with alcohol in the evening!

Portofino,is simply,”the Daddy of em all”,the others are great, but Portofino, well, can’t really find the words, the singers on the balcony at 7pm each night are unmissable, they simply make the hairs on your back and neck stand up to attention,we only stayed like you got it cheaper than rpr,but in reality it’s ten times the others, you will be blown away, bondy.

My daughter did a trip in NOvember and stayed at the PBR because it was the cheapest of the three hotels for her dates (HRH and RPR).

We had stayed many years ago for her birthday and she was given a room upgrade, a card and balloons and a plate of cookies and pitcher of milk (we were also Loew's club members and got another welcome gift.

We loved the Portofino. I liked the view of the harbour area as you get transported on the boat to the park. I found the deli reasonable in price. Got a lovely takeaway pizza from there to eat in the evening. The only downside was we only booked a one night stay. We did go to the pool but the weather wasn’t amazing so didn’t stay long.
We will return one day! I hope 😊
