 our replacements came this morning also, the mess up didn't put me off of using them I ordered our Kennedy tickets while trying to sort the replacement cards out, it's just been a hassle that i haven't needed, if anything it serves as a not to self to make sure you check your tickets properly and keep abreast of any tracking information which is true of any purchase, there is fault on both sides for most of us thats had issue's.
