Mobile Ocean florida LYING!

Just to warn anyone who will be booking with ocean florida i was told that i would get the reference to log onto virgin and book my seats around 7 months in advance by the advisor before i booked !
Now customer service are telling me its 12 weeks before ! Because i dont have small children or disabilities i confirmed this 3 times with my advisor and was reassured now that i have booked they are stating that its in terms and condition so why do agents lie ! Will definatly not be going with them again ! Rant over

When do you fly? Can you not contact virgin direct for the reference . I've not booked with ocean florida but that's what I did and virgin happily gave me the flight locator ref at 330 days I think it was.

They are refusing to say anymore and are just saying that i will get my reference maximum 12 weeks before so im not sure they have handed the money over for my flights and I am very worried and ennoyed aswell as they are saying if I had booked premium then they could have booked flight for me but because im economy i will just have to wait would definatly not recommend them at all there customer service is appalling

That was my first thought. if you've paid well before Virgin's 12 week 'due date' , Ocean might not pay until they have to.

OR, more likely now I think about it, Ocean might have a block booking with Virgin and will only allocate passenger details when they pay them at 12 weeks. Only then will they get individual ref nos from Virgin.

this has made me so angry and upset its putting a damper on my holiday as we wanted to book to be in the bubble but i dont think this will happen again i will not be recommending them and will not book with them ever again

it is sometimes possible to get the reference form Virgins website put in incorrect details on the flight checker and then it asks more detailed info like flight numbers lead passanger name etc, then it will show the reference they have.

this is the way I usually do it when booking with Ocean, the ifnformation is availbale well in advance of the 12 weeks
