Problems with ESTA website...

Blooming ESTA website crashed while I was in the middle of inputting a Group. Does this happen often?

It looks like it might be working now, but I was going to leave it until tomorrow as it wasn't working for over an hour and I don't want to lose everything that I put in again.

Did send them a note to say that it wasn't working and got a reply to say that they'll get back to me in 2-3 weeks!

Surprisingly, I have just been sent a "group ID" number, so it looks like I've only lost one person's details. I might wait a bit before I try again though as it seems a little flakey.

Which web browser are you using? We found it crashed a lot using internet explorer but swopped to Edge and it didn't crash at all.

Hope you get it all sorted soon!

Its the browser for sure. Try deleting all cookies and stuff. Its a pain in the ≈≈≈≈. I had issues for a while. Changed computers and it worked.
