I just phoned - said they'll send other but might not arrive in time so they've emailed my vouchers. I want the luggage tags!

I wasn't too worried that I hadn't received anything but now I feel I need to give them a call :-).
At least we are all in the same boat and leaving around the same time.

We go 17.08 and received TWO packs yesterday (one posted 17.07, one posted 18.07)!

The new luggage labels are great, don't suppose I'll be able able to use the gift card voucher from both packs though!

probably same gc number - but points for effort!
