Have loved your reports Helen, will be following this pr-trippy too. We are staying first time at Beach Club in August- soooooo excited! Think I've done all the walk round tours on You Tube and keep checking for new ones. Have you seen the recent Tim Tracker one?

Thank you! I don’t think I’m young enough to do cartwheels, but there may have been a forward roll, haha!

How to get an upgrade? Book non refundable flights and an oversubscribed resort. Or just pray to the universe for about ten years. Any combo of the above should work.

Thank you - that’s nice to hear.

I haven’t had time to look at anything on YT yet but I will do soon. We did go and have a potter around there one night on our 2016 trip though and completely fell in love with the place. Hope you have a wonderful stay in August.

Oh goodness me, you've started already. I thought we were going to get a break in between! When I read the highs and lows yesterday you mentioned your pre trip, well, in my head I had the closing credits playing at this point and I thought to myself the cliffhanger would go unanswered for a few months. But the drama continues. You won the lottery, how awesome! I'm so jealous, we'd love to stay at yacht or beach club one day. You can walk to HS and Epcot, wander around the Boardwalk. It's going to be fab. Oh, and please recreate the photo outside swolphin!

I was planning on having a break...but Andy was out last night and there was nothing on telly, so...

Plus I wanted to get it all down while semi-fresh in my mind.

Do you know, I was thinking about that photo last night! Another one not worthy to go on the fireplace!

We’re very excited. Never thought for a moment we’d ever be able to stay there. Hurrah!

Beach Club is top of my list for a stay at WDW, can't wait to see all your pics! Glad it was worth all the drama in the end.

I remember the excellent swolphin photo if you're going to be famous for anything on the dibb, it should indeed be comedy photos!
