We used all busy day guides for this holiday in Feb. Been all times of year and Never seen it so busy. Magic kingdom car park was at capacity queuing up to the entrance of Hollywood studios last week which I've never seen before the busy day guides had it down as a low crowd day

Our first (post-travel) day is Tuesday 14th August, this looks like its Early Morning Magic as it's showing "Special Ticketed Event 7:45 AM to 9:00 AM", so now I'm debating whether it's worth going, or whether the crowds will be larger than expected.
I've never rope dropped before, and I was hoping to rope drop on the first day as I know with the time difference (and excitement!) that we'll be up early doors, but with Early Morning Magic going before us (I don't fancy paying for the privilege), I think rope drop won't be as exciting with people already wandering around.
Early Morning Magic won't make any difference to the crowd level.
There are so few tickets available for each event you'll barely even notice that it was on

I always use the Busy Day Guide but get a bit too obsessed with it! Last time I found myself with an almost impossible task as I was trying to fit every park day into a 'most recommended day' and that's just too hard. This time I'm round I'm picking those days first but then not stressing (at least, not in theory!) whether other park days are 'recommended' instead of 'most'. I just won't go on a 'not recommended' day.

It's really hard to say how much it works because you aren't at other parks to compare - but I trust it fully as a guide (and huge thanks to the Dibbers who do this for us!)

I use the busy day guide, but I do try and make it fit with my own plans too. We go in August and frequently Saturday's don't have any most recommended parks, suggesting everywhere is going to be busy, but obviously we will want to go to a park so I just pick what I fancy.

I do think that all the parks are busy most of the day and the peak time is the afternoon. All parks will be quieter first thing in the morning and last thing at night so if you can get there early or leave late then you will have less crowds.
