If you go on virginholidays.co.uk/extras/attraction_tickets you can book the disney tickets at £183 even though they say the price is £196, the booking form defaults to the wrong price. If you phone to add the tickets to your booking tell them you can book on their web site at the lower price and they will have to honour it, I know they did it for me yesterday.

Its not the wrong price the price quoted is for 7 days ultimate ticket (£183) all you have to do is remind them that you can purchase 14 days for the price of 7 until the 2nd of december

Honestly it is the wrong price, the man at Virgin told me it was, he'd checked with another dept many times that day and he'd been told it was an offer that had ended and he should charge people 196 which he had been doing, I stuck to my guns pointing out I could go and book now on line at 183 and he spoke to them again and they agreed they would have to allow the 183 even though its wrong!

The same thing happened to me when I booked mine on Friday, they had to over ride the prices as they were coming up £196 instead of £183. After much toing and froing he manually overode the price. He also said he thought this meant that the prices would be going up very soon!

Disneydopey

Where does the prices show £183 as the only online price I can ever see is £196? Also I can only find a 14 day ultimate (which is what I require), but where is the 7 day ultimate mentioned?

When I called Virgin twice yesterday they could not bring price down from £196 - when I mentioned 14 day for 7 offer he checked his sytem and read notes back to me stating offer finished 4th November.

Any help gratefully received!

I got mine as well on Friday, and on my updated statement the price for the tickets is £196, but the total has been amended to make then £183, so the person who took my booking over the 'phone obviously must have overridden the price, she didn't actually say this, but was taking ages to finalise it, and I'm guessing that was probably why.

On my third phone call I managed to get the 14 day for 183 (adult), 160(child).
I needed to convince him it was being offered at that price in their current brochure.

A big thanks to all the Dibbs members. Saved me £50 which will help a little towards the pound/dollar issue!
