I didn't realise there was a discount weekend, we still need to order ours.

Does anybody know whether there will be another 'discount weekend' either with Floridatix or anybody else?

We had a ticket that didn't work on arrival at turnstile of universal.

I ordered our tickets on Sunday and they arrived today, special delivery. I also used them last year and on both occasions the service has been excellent.

Hi, do you mind if I sask if you paid for quick delivery or did you choose the free delivery. I'm getting a little worried, as everyone who ordered theirs last weekend when the special offer was on seems to have had theirs delivered. I'm still waiting

DeniseC,

After everything, i called Barclaycard again yesterday. They have said the money was put back on the card and floridatix never 'took' the money. So basically I have no tickets.

Called yesterday and spoke to Emily and they honoured (although i havent checked my account yet) the discount by charging me the full amount but then refunding the difference. I have got a booking ref no and an email now so i guess i have to wait for the tickets.

As for floridatix, i still have mixed views. Customer services isnt what i expected from such a company. As a first time floridatix user im not sold on them. Also some holiday makers have mentiined that the 'real tickets' they have been sent havent worked!

What do i do if the tickets dont work when i get there?

Oh lord, please work! Lol

Same with my Legoland tickets - a voucher!. With 4 young children , extra queueing is something I try to avoid. Wouldn't have used them if I'd known! (or read the small print more carefully!)
