Alamo cant cancel online?

Hi

When I log into my accounts its says at the top "you cannot cancel this reservation online. to cancel please call: ... " is this normal or have I done something wrong?

Just wondering as if I was to find it cheaper I would like to amend my booking to get the revised price, but don't think this is possible

They are quite good at cancelling through an automated system when you phone up, i have done it twice now
