Universal Prices

Hi we booked our holiday for May 2017 in May 2016 and bought the universal tickets then with the travel agent. They cost us 179 each. However we might have to change our holiday dates which means cancelling the whole thing and re booking. When I looked at universal prices they have gone up £30 pounds each for a 2 park ticket for next year! :o Im guessing there is no where that still does the original price?!

Part of the increase will be that prices went up following the big drop in exchange rates. We got our 2016 tickets (Disney, universal, seaworld bundle) the day of the vote they are now £50 more each for the bundle.

With virgin the only thing that appears to have gone up is the universal as they've changed to an explorer ticket to include the volcano bay. However I have found a solution to my problem and found a ticket bundle for around the same we paid!

Have you got the tickets 'in hand'? Depending on how many you have, may be interested in buying them off you, if you would be willing..

Unfortunately not sorry. We had put down a deposit for the cheaper ones when we booked with virgin but lost those when we had to rebook. We've had to pay for the pricier tickets.
