It doesnt have seatback tvs. However it does have all the same movies on demand on your own devices.
So you just connect like a local wifi network and you can stream the content. This is a forward move, its a good idea and all airlines will be like this after refits. Only negative ive heard so far is no power sockets. But i find that really hard to believe and why dont they add wifi internet access, even if we need to pay for it. I would.

Hopefully it won't be Mondays from Manchester in September 2018. The only reason i convinced my other half to fly with Thomas cook is because of the premium seats!

Whether it is the new AT or not is very confusing.On my flight out from Manchester on 16 August it is still showing a premium section and there is not the notice about the IFE, I hope this will stay that it is the standard plane. Another flight earlier in the day is the new AT. Flying back from Miami to Man it is the new AT. So it is not all flights from Manchester even on the same day!

Oh I do t like idea of using own device for entertainment. 2 of us have iPads but other 2 only iphones plus they won't last 9 hours. Dam looks like I won't bother with Thomas cook/Stansted and go,our usual virgin from gatwick
