Not quite a wooden one, kinda runs on steel girders.

I could ride it all day and not feel tired at all

I had bruises for a week after iron gwazi - I uspect it was because the team member rammed the bar downso far that if i had been a male i would have been castrated!

the ride itself was great despite the bruises lol

We went last month on a Monday. Park was dead. Everything was pretty much a walk on. No water rides were working. Enjoyed seeing the animals. Food meh but had the free dining, but it was better than paying out of pocket as the prices are crazy.
Overall had a good day

Sounds about right.
I see you are at Surfside.
What it like? We are there in September?

Really pleasantly surprised with Surfside. We had a 2 bed suite so it had a kitchenette etc which made a lot of difference. Easy access to idrive. Walgreens literally over the road for bits and pieces. Bus service to citywalk and volcano bay was awesome, never more than a few mins wait. Pool fine, pool bar fine, gym was good. Starbucks in the lobby. Daily housekeeping was good, no issues replenishing toiletries etc.
Enjoy your trip

We went in December and had a brilliant day. We got the free shuttle bus from Icon Park at around 8:15am. The park was all lit up for Christmas it looked really nice at night time!

The coasters are amazing! The queues are so much shorter than the Orlando parks too. The food prices have gone up quite a lot and the quality is just average. They do have a Chick-fil-A now which is pretty decent.

There's also plenty of animals to look at too we will definitely be returning this year

There is an ihop pretty much across the road and dennys is a short walk too, there's also a dairy queen and KFC close by and 7eleven. Slightly further away but still walking distance (25mins) or short trolley/bus ride there is perkins. Hash house is also nearby about 15mins walk or short bus/trolley ride - havent eaten there but gets good reviews

We were there today and had a great day
Although the water rides didn’t open till 11 and some concessions not open but the park was quiet
Gds and me did what we could while DH did the big coasters much to our short stop coaster junkie met up at the seasamme play area and then did the animal stuff things we could do together
Gds highlight of the day being asked to help with elephant training we where the only two round there when they came out
We don’t eat in the parks just had a cool bag with insulated bento boxes our chilli wayer bottles 2 each and nothing was said at sea world or Busch
Guests services were super helpful too my pass printed at Discovery cove on Saturday sone how all the writing is coming off the scanned the varly visible bar code when we came out gave us the number an a copy of there scan to go to either discovery cove or sea world to fix it as they told us at Discovery Cove as we are AP holders the one ticket would link to My AP Dh has. As has grandsons mine hasn’t
We’ve Florida residents passes 2 renewed and extra months added on mine nope nada scrubbed the whole thing
Good job I’m old school with bits of paper email confirmation etc
It was hot and humid though really humid
