Has anyone booked this through Virgin? I have been asking Virgin if you can get a decorated arch or similar for the location but they don't seem to have an answer?!

Is there any way you can book direct? Cut out the middle man and deal directly with the venue, it will be a lot easier xx

Agree with Tabs - book direct. So easy to deal with.

They have an arch and I just got the florist to do an extra arrangement for it.

It is a fabulous venue. We got married on the only wet day (very wet day) of the fortnight and we had just the absolutely best time - and the photos are stunning.

I visited there yesterday to have a look around for my daughter who is considering there for her wedding. They were very helpful and they can arrange everything.

I am already booked with Virgin although I did look at direct with the venue before I booked but I literally just wanted the venue and the officiant and they couldn't offer just and Virgin could.
I have now heard back from Virgin and the venue themselves and there is a wooden arbour there that can be decorated.

Are the flowers something you arranged?
Virgin said I can have flowers etc done if I want for extra charge.
What happens if it rains I presume there is no back up area?
